TV anchor Pradeep gets a shocker

Popular television host Pradeep, who was caught mixing driving and drinking on last December 31 night, has received a shocking verdict on Friday.

A lower court at Hyderabad's Nampally has ordered that his driving license stands annulled for 3 years. A fine of Rs. 2100 has also been imposed.

Ever since he was caught in the case, Pradeep has been a talk of the town, with TV channels reporting about him with utmost interest. There were rumours that he had been absconding.

At one point, Pradeep impressed many by openly regretting his drunk-n-drive behaviour. He has been counseled by the police against breaking the law.
