A 16-year-old boy has murdered his middle-aged father, Syed Madar, in Kothagattu village in Karimnagar district in Telangana. The incident is reported to have taken place on Wednesday night.

As per news reports, Syed was an abusive father. He was convicted for murdering his first wife back in 2012.

On Wednesday night, Syed came home with country chicken and forced his children to cook chicken for him. When the elder son resisted, Syed abused him and went to the extent of threatening that he will be killed in the near future. Since Syed was heavily drunk, he fell asleep without having dinner. The elder son noticed that his father was asleep and took a heavy object and bludgeoned him to death, shocking his sibling.

The police have launched an investigation.
