It was one 'Warning' that the makers truly paid heed to. Knowing pretty well that shooting in the middle of sea, and that too for over 40 days in succession, would be one gruelling task, the makers ensured that all pre-work was put into place and precautions taken.

"To begin with, other than performance auditions, the actors were also required to give water based screen tests. This was done to make sure that none of the actors panicked when put into deep blue sea," informs a source, "Moreover, each of them had a medical test as well which was specific to health issues that came with the territory. After all, every cast and crew member had to shoot for 14 hours at stretch every day and it wasn't going to be easy. It was a basic requirement that all actors needed a strong body and mind power so that there was no stray moment of weakness that impacted the shoot."

Still, each of the actors was bitten at least once by a jellyfish! Since they are considered to be poisonous, producers Anubhav Sinha and Sunil Lulla had made sure that a medical team was always available on a standby.

"That was an adventure in itself because the entire crew was placed on a free floating raft. It was a very high pressure shoot for all involved," says Manjari Fadnis, one of the key protagonists in the film, "Having said that, it was a complete adventure and once in a lifetime opportunity. The weather conditions were adverse and sometimes the wind was too strong. There was no other way out but to survive and stay still because we were shooting 5 km away from land."

Well, it is for no other reason that the film falls under 'survival' genre. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh, the film releases all over on 27th September in 3D as well as 2D.
