Rahul Gandhi gets lathi charged and arrested by UP police!

Uttar Pradesh Police have arrested and taken Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra under preventive custody when they were on their way to Hathras today.
Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi were going to meet the family members of the 19-year-old Dalit woman who died after being allegedly gang-raped and brutally assaulted by four upper caste men in Hathras.
As said by Noida ADCP Ranvijay Singh, Rahul and Priyanka violated the Epidemic Act and hence weren't allowed to proceed forward. There was a heated exchange between Rahul Gandhi and the police and later Rahul Gandhi said the police lathicharged and pushed him on the ground. Rahul Gandhi said Just now police pushed me, lathicharged me and threw me to the ground. I want to ask, can only Modi ji walk in this country? Can't a normal person walk? Our vehicle was stopped, so we started walking.
