The super star of Kannada cinema Upendra is going strong day by day on his conviction and political move. After announcing his Karnataka Pragnavantha Janata Paksha as his party name, he came very quickly with the launch of guidelines to contest for the assembly elections.

Launching the app and website www.kpjpuppi.org and mlacandidate@kpjpuppi.org, Upendra highlighted the requirements of a candidate for all the 224 Assembly constituencies.

There is no restriction as for as age, caste, qualification is considered. Through website they have submit the application. The candidates meeting the people one to one is important.

The video of what they want, the locations, discussion with the people could be put up in the website. Already 500 have applied with videos of the constituency they want to contest. From which constituency Upendra would contest is not known.

More than party the country is important for me. We would work at the micro level to get a neat administration in the state he observes.
