'Uri': Telugu version locks release date

Uri: Telugu version locks release date

The blockbuster military action film, 'Uri', will be dubbed and released in Telugu. The Bollywood hit, directed by Aditya Dhar, will release in Telugu with the same title on June 14.

Starring Vicky Kaushal, Yami Gautam, Paresh Rawal, Mohit Raina, and Kirti Kulhari, the film has music by Shashwat Sachdev. Telling the story of the Indian army's 2016 retaliation in Uri against Pakistan, the important release grossed Rs 336 Cr in Hindi when it released earlier this year.

Narrated like a thriller, the Hindi version was a big hit in south India as well. It has to be seen if the Telugu version makes the grade.
