Urumy as Pathinaindham Nootrandu Uraivaal

The biggest budget movie ever to have made in Mollywood 'Urumy' will be titled as Pathinaindham Nootrandu Uraivaal (PNU) in Tamil. Directed by the finest Indian cinematographer Santosh Sivan, the movie will get to theatres by the first week of April. Simultaneously made in Malayalam, Tamil and English, the movie features an ensemble cast including Prithviraj, Prabhu Deva, Arya, Genelia, Vidya Balan, Tabu, Nithya Menon, Jagathy, Amole Gupte and Chandan Roy Sanyal. The English title of the movie will be Vasco Da Gama.

‘Urumy’ scripted by Shankar Ramakrishnan will be the director's first full length commercial film. Produced under the banner of August Cinema by Santosh Sivan, Prithviraj and Shaji Natesan, the movie will go for a big release in maximum centres .
