The US Coast Guard crew were highly impressive in an organized crime investigation, recovering tons of drugs in the eastern Pacific. U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Munro members were seen in full action in a video. They were seen jumping onto a fast-moving and semi-exposed homemade submersible. It was said that the vehicle was carrying 17,000 pounds of cocaine. The video shows the coastguardsmen standing on the moving submarine and hitting the entry hatch. A man can then be seen emerging with his hands in the air. 

Five suspects were inside the submarine. 39 tons of cocaine and 1,000 pounds of marijuana were recovered totally in 14 different seizures. The team has been involved in Operation Panama Express for the past three months, attempting to reduce drug flow within the country. They have seized drugs worth $570 million in total over the course of their operation. The crew returned to Alameda on Monday.
