US teenager wins Rs. 42 cr within a week

19-year-old Rosa Dominguez is very happy as she won two lotteries within a week, going home with Rs. 42 crore.
She was driving home and stopped at a petrol pump when she felt “lucky”, and bought a few scratch cards. When she learnt that she had won the grand prize, she couldn't help herself get another scratch card, only to win this one too. The two cards only cost her Rs. 323 each.
The euphoric teenager is not sure what she will do with the money but currently has plans to go shopping and buy a new car.
