'Ustad Hotel' Comes to Kollywood

One of the most fabled Malayalam movies last year was 'Ustad Hotel'. Directed by Anwar Rashid, starring Dulqquer Salman and Nithya Menon in the lead, 'Ustad Hotel' is the story of an ambitious chef, and it received choice appreciation on all fronts. It was earlier reported that Vikram Prabhu was signed in for director Sathyasiva's 'Thalapakatti'; it has now been confirmed that 'Thalapakatti' is a Kollywood remake of 'Ustad Hotel'.
Corroborating the news, Sathyasivan said that the crew is likely to go on the floors by February next year, by when Vikram would have wrapped up 'Arima Nambi'. The actor is also juggling 'Ivan Veramathiri' and 'Sigaram Thodu' currently. Further information on cast and crew of 'Thalapakatti' will be revealed soon.
