UTV Disney's Come Back Production In Telugu With Mahesh Babu

UTV Motion Pictures, the most prolific filmmaking corporate with about 15-20 releases every year in languages across India, with a focus on Hindi and Tamil has announced its first production in Telugu with Super Star Mahesh Babu. It may be recalled that they have earlier done their maiden venture with the same hero in Telugu titled 'Atidhi' in the year 2007 in association with Mahesh babu's brother Ramesh Babu's banner Krishna Pictures and hence, this film just announced can be called a comeback film for UTV.

Yet to be titled, this project will take off in July 2014 and will be directed by Koratala Siva, produced by Mahesh Babu's sister Manjula's Indira Productions and UTV jointly. Breaking the news to the media, Dhananjayan, Chief, South Business - Studios, Disney UTV said 'We are happy to start our journey in the second biggest film industry in India after Bollywood, i.e., Telugu with Super Star Mahesh Babu as hero and Koratala Siva as the director'

Mahesh Babu said 'I am elated to be on board for this prestigious project involving Disney UTV and Indira Productions'. Koratala Siva also expressed his delight to be writing and directing his third film with such a huge banner and star.

The cast and crew details will soon be revealed.
