Vadivelu's big day

It was in 'Kaavalan' we last saw Vadivelu. Nearly one year after the release of the Vijay-starrer, the ace comedian is making a comeback today, with 'Mambattiyan'. Remember Prashanth and Vadivelu share a great chemistry and their 'Winner' is an example to it.
I have a pivotal role in Mambattiyan and am happy to work with Prashanth. I play a jameen in this period film. I watched Malayur Mambattiyan when I was in Madurai and it is a privilege to act in its remake, says Vadivelu.
On his future plans, he says, I am planning to do lead roles henceforth. Because there is no point in doing minuscule roles or cameos... I have decided to explore my full potential. I am sure people will support me in this attempt of mine.
