Yogi Babu is riding high for the past few years in the comedy zone ably filling the void left by Vadivelu and Santhanam. He is balancing his career by giving equal importance to supporting roles as well as lead roles.

One of Yogi Babu's new movies as hero 'Contractor Nesamani' is nearing completion and now the team has announced a change in title. According to sources the new title is going to be 'Boomer Uncle'.

'Contractor Nesamani' as everyone knows is the iconic character played by Vadivelu in the Vijay-Suriya starrer 'Friends' released 2001. The legendary comedian due to various reasons was on a hiatus for almost a decade but recently has made a strong comeback. Vadivelu is now acting in 'Naai Sekhar Returns' , 'Maamannan' and 'Chandramukhi 2'.

It is said that the team has decided to discard the title 'Contractor Nesamani' out of respect for Vadivelu. The film directed by newcomer Swadees MS has Yogi Babu and Oviya as the lead pair.
