“I felt like working for Mission Impossible. Indian cinema can proudly present Valimai,” Kartikeya about Ajith Kumar and Valimai!

Kartikeya is a famous Telugu actor who is set to make his Tamil debut opposite Ajith Kumar as a villain in the massive action thriller 'Valimai', directed by H Vinoth. Bankrolled by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios, the film is scheduled to hit the screens worldwide on February 24.

Meanwhile, Kartikeya, who is thrilled about the release of his Tamil debut, is currently busy taking part in many interviews with various entertainment portals. In a recent interaction with Indiaglitz, he shared some unknown facts about the Ultimate star and also revealed exclusive details about Valimai. The video is currently going viral among the actor's fans.

Kartikeya said, When Ajith sir fell from the bike in shooting spot, the one we saw in the making video, he got up and checked the bike if it is ok. So we thought he is not injured that much. But he was badly injured and said that the shoot does not stop because of one person. That was very inspiring. The best advice that I've got from him is that whatever scene or song, we may not excel in it, but we should put our 100% effort into it. I will follow that forever.

Ajith sir is a grounded actor who makes everyone in the sets feels very comfortable and important. He let every person in the spot feel like it's their movie. One quality of Ajith Kumar that inspires me most is that he doesn't act off-screen. He called me and wished me on my performance after watching Valimai. Ajith fans have very big hearts and they have an eternal connection with the star. They are so generous and I know their value now, Kartikeya added.

When asked about how did he feel about Valimai being one of the biggest action thrillers of Indian cinema, the talented actor stated, I got a feeling that the film is very big while the shooting itself. The way they were making it, I felt like I was part of something grand like Mission Impossible. I had that adrenaline rush during the bike sequences with stunt master Dhilip, I started wondering how it will be to witness this in the theatres. The action blocks will be a feast for the fans. I can proudly say that it is one of the best and Indian cinema can proudly present Valimai. It is not an exaggeration.

Valimai also stars Huma Qureshi, Yogi Babu, Raj Ayyappa, Pugazh, Chaithra Reddy, Bani, Sumithra, Achyunth Kumar among others. The talented new-gen filmmaker H Vinoth has helmed the film which features Ajith as a cop and biker. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored music and Nirav Shah has handled the cinematography.
