Thala Ajith will return to big screens with the much-awaited 'Valimai' after the 2 years old 'Viswasam'. Valimai is helmed by super talented H.Vinoth of Sathuranga Vettai and Theeran Adhigaram Ondru fame. The director has already collaborated with Thala in the high tension courtroom drama 'Nerkonda Paarvai'.

This spectacle flick is bankrolled by Zee Studios and Boney Kapoor under Bayview Projects LLP. The filming is about to wrap once the team completes the final overseas schedule. While the music is taken care of by Yuvan Shankar Raja, Nirav Shah wields the camera. National award-winning art director Thota Tharani also joined the film's technical crew.

Valimai also features Huma Qureshi, Kartikeya, Bani, Sumithra, Achyuth Kumar, Raj Ayyappa, Pugazh & Yogi Babu. The makers are eyeing a theatrical release on Diwali day on November 4 opposite to Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Annaatthe'.
