Even as the controversy over Vishal's nomination rejected by the Election Commission is brewing hot on social media there is another sensational news to fuel more fire.  Varalakshmi Sarathkumar met with O. Panneer Selvam the deputy chief minister of Tamil Nadu.

After the meeting Varu has stated that she met OPS to insist in instating All Women's Courts in all districts of the state on behalf of her organization Shakthi which champions the causes of women at work in the film industry.  The 'Thaarai Thappattai' actress also met chief secretary Girija Vaidyanathan in this regard.
