Did Silambarasan use chopper to reach VTK audio launch venue? Team clarifies

Silambarasan's next movie Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is gearing up for release and the audio launch of this much-anticipated movie happened yesterday. It was reported that Silambarasan and Kamal Haasan will reach the venue by Chopper. This created huge excitement among fans.
But the latest report states that the team never used the helicopter. SilambarasanTR didn’t come by helicopter. Rather he took the road as it was very nearby even though it was arranged to come by copter by the production house. He also clarified this in his speech at the event (sic), a source from the actor's team informed.
It was also revealed that the chopper was used by the production house just as a promotional strategy. The helicopter just flew over the venue a couple of times before returning to its base ( The strategy did work well).
Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon with Siddhi Idnani as the female lead, Malayalam actor Neeraj Madhav and veteran actress Radikaa Sarathkumar playing crucial roles. The music for this movie is composed by AR Rahman.
