Venkat Prabhu's next movie release date announced!

Director Venkat Prabhu had last directed Chennai 600028 IInd innings which was released before three years and has completed another multi starrer Party, which is yet to release.

Venkat Prabhu had started shooting his next movie Maanaadu, a political entertainer starring Simbu and Kalyani Priyadarshan earlier this year, but the shooting has been postponed due to Coronavirus pandemic.

Now Venkat Prabhu's next movie as an actor is all set have a direct OTT release. It has been announced officially that Lockup directed by debutant SG Charles will be premiering on ZEE5 OTT platform on August 14. Lockup has Venkat Prabhu playing a negative role and stars Vaibhav and Vani bhojan in lead roles.
