Come this Friday (June 17), 'Virata Parvam' is hitting the screens. The film's pre-release event was held on Wednesday. Victory Venkatesh was present as a chief guest.

Venkatesh was all praise for the film. "I respect cinema and I want films like 'Virata Parvam' to be made for the big screen. Rana's dialogue delivery is full of fire. His choices have always been sincere, right from 'Leader' down. When I saw the trailer, I was sure that the film will be a winner. Rana may not become a winner immediately but eventually, he will. Director Venu Udugula has proved what honest filmmaking is. He is outstanding. The way he has executed the subject is superb," the 'F3' actor said.

He added, "The writing is beautiful, the visuals are great, the production values are outstanding in 'VP'. Sai Pallavi, Priyamani, Zarina Wahab, Easwari Rao, Naveen Chandra and others have given award-winning performances. Sai Pallavi's smile is so cute. She has got the cutest smile. Why won't you love her? I hope Sai Pallavi wins a National Award for this film. She has lived her role. I am happy she has done this film."

Rana Daggubati said, "The film has a scary backdrop. It was an honour to work with Sai Pallavi. Producers Sudhakar and Srikanth have bankrolled a great film. This is my last film done as an experiment. From now on, I will do films for my fans."

Director Venu said, "This film doesn't glamourize violence. It glorifies love instead. The period drama couldn't have been done but for Sai Pallavi. If Rana is like lyrics to a song, Sai Pallavi is like the 'Pallavi' portion."

Naveen Chandra said, "I thank my producers and director for making me a part of this great film. This film is Vennela's story."

Rahul Ramakrishna said, "You will remember the smell of the Telangana soil when you watch the movie."

Director Sarath Mandava, who was a guest, said, "Sai Pallavi's and Rana's performances, Venu's writing, great production values, and visuals... these are the reasons why you should watch this movie."
