'Venky Mama': Awesome Sunday at box-office

'Venky Mama' had a glorious Sunday in the Telugu States. The Venkatesh-Naga Chaitanya starrer collected Rs 16.45 Cr (Share) in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana put together in the first weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Early reports say that, in some territories like Nizam, the Sunday figures were as bright as they were on Day 1. Going by this trend, the family entertainer is well on its way to becoming a blockbuster.
On their part, the makers have claimed that the film has grossed Rs 45 Cr (Worldwide) in three days.
Directed by Bobby, the film's Monday test is awaited. It has no competition till Thursday. On Friday, 'Prati Roju Pandage', 'Ruler', and 'Donga' will arrive.
