Veteran Payback singer MS Rajeswari no more

‘Ammavum Neeye Appavum Neeye’ is a famous song from Kamal Haasan’s very first film appearance as a child artist in ‘Kalathur Kannamma’. MS Rajeswari who crooned that and numerous other song is sadly no more. She was 87 year old.

Reportedly the legendary playback singer had age related ailments, however treatments didn't bring any results. Final rites for the singer will be held tomorrow evening at 4.40 pm.


Other popular songs that form her portfolio includes Mahan Gandhiye Mahan, O Rasikum Seemane, Paapa Paadum Paatu. May her soul rest in peace.
