Vijay's songs are synonymous to fast beats and peppy rhythms. Primarily targeted at the youngsters and children, all his songs in the recent days begin at brisk pace with catchy lyrics going all the way to woo music lovers.

Vijay Anthony, after 'Nakka Mukka...', has made a name for himself coming up with racy tunes. Obviously, the two with high energy get united to render a catchy treat for ears in 'Vettaikkaran'. All are pacy songs, devoid of melody.

1. Puli Urumudhu - Listen here

Singer: Ananthu, Mahesh Vinayakram

A bravado singing where the male protoganist singing about his thoughts and vision. It has everything in it to appease Vijay fans. Vijay Antony has opted for a racy tune that is typical of Vijay's intro numbers.

2. Chinna Thamarai - Listen here

Singer: Krish, Suchithra

A peppy number that is sure to catch the attention of the dance-buffs. All is racy and peppy in this number which begins with a rap. Krish and Suchitra sings without any pretensions and it is the heavy beat from Vijay Anthony which is very much striking here. The music composer, who loves using trumpets a lot has creates a magic with the instrument here too.

3. Naan Adicha - Listen here

Singer: Shankar Mahadevan

A typical peppy and folkish number that is part and parcel of a Vijay film. Oozing with energy, Shankar Mahadevan is no doubt the preferred choice of music directors to render such genre of songs. Begins at slow pace, the songs gathers momentum as it progresses. Supposedly the introduction song of 'Ilaya Thalapathi', it is about the admirations on the 'real' Vijay and a number in praise of the actor.

Singer: Surchith, Sangeetha Rajeshwaran

With good use of jazz guitar, Vijay Antony has tried different in this song, which definitely needs a mention. It starts with a soft hum that flows quite smoothly. With simple and catchy lyrics, the song is sure to possess everything that would appease music-lovers. Sangeetha Rajeshwaran impresses with her cool rendition.

5. Uchimandai - Listen here

Singer: Krishna Iyer, Shoba Sekar, Charulatha Mani, Shakthi Sree

Vijay Antony and peppy song's seems inseparable. After the likes of catchy songs like 'Bannaras pattu katti...' and 'Aathi Chudi...' in his earlier films, the music composer has come up with one more here. It is racy from the word go. Krishna Iyer in the company of Shoba Sekar, Charulatha Mani and Sakthi Sree seems to have had a great party singing it. It is a song that is sure to make it big in the audio charts.
