WATCH: Jallikattu director's 'Churuli' Trailer is the talk of the town!

On Wednesday, director Lijo Jose Pelliseert released the trailer of his upcoming film titled 'Churuli', that was apparently shot in just 19 days.
Going by the trailer, Churuli is also set in an intriguing dark forest backdrop, just like his previous movie Jallikattu. The movie has actors like Chemban Vinod, Vinay Forrt, Joju George and Jaffar Idukki. The upcoming movie is also penned by S Hareesh, who is collaborating with Lijo for the second time after Jallikattu. Madhu Neelakandan is the cinematographer and Sreerag Saji has composed the original score for Churuli.
Recently director Lijo Jose Pellissery made headlines after he refused to follow the restrictions of Kerala film producers’ council, which wants no new film production to begin until the release of movies pending due to the pandemic. He also announced that he would continue to independently make movies and show his movies on the platforms. The director had also announced his next project, which has been titled A. Well, it is not sure is Churuli will be released on any OTT platform or will have a theatre release.
