Vidhya approached for Madhavikutty

The charismatic Bollywood star Vidhya Balan has been approached to play the role of Madhavikutty in the biopic soon to be made on the popular writer. To be helmed by senior director Kamal, the director thinks that the charisma of the star will make her suitable to play the role of Madhavikutty who had made controversial and open writings on the female sexuality.
Kamal will start works on this movie only after completing his present project with Mammoottty. Kamal is yet to talk with Vidhya , but considering the weight of the character she is to portray and about the industry that has once thrown her out, Vidhya in all probabilities will be more than happy to take up the role which is also sure to earn her accolades.
