Director Vignesh Shivan has given fans a much-awaited update on his upcoming film LIK, starring Pradeep Ranganathan. Taking to Instagram, he revealed that the final leg of the shoot has officially begun, much to the excitement of fans.

After a brief break from acting, Pradeep Ranganathan returns in a major role in LIK, which has been in production for several months. A portion of the film was shot in Malaysia, and now, as the team wraps up their schedule there, Vignesh shared a scenic photo of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers with a bittersweet caption: “The last two days of shooting... but we will miss this town a lot.”

This update confirms that the film is nearing completion, setting the stage for post-production and eventual release. The buzz around LIK is even stronger following the massive success of Pradeep’s recent film Dragon, which broke box office records and raised expectations for his next venture.

LIK features an ensemble cast including S.J. Suryah, Keerthy Shetty, Yogi Babu, Mysskin, Anandraj, Malavika, Sunil Reddy, Gouri Kishan, Manimekalai, and Radha Ravi. Music is composed by Anirudh, with cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan and editing by Pradeep Raghav. The film is jointly produced by Rowdy Pictures and Seven Screen Studios.
