Director Vignesh Sivan's upcoming film with the top league star Suriya has been titled as 'Thaanaa Serndha Koottam'. This is the third directorial venture of this young and highly talented filmmaker.

As we all know the title has been borrowed from a super hit mass dialogue uttered by Superstar Rajinikanth in his 1995 blockbuster 'Baasha'.

Incidentally Vignesh Sivan's previous film with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara which turned out to be one of the crowd pleasing super hits of 2015 had its title from a famous dialogue of Vaigaipuyal Vadivelu.

The title 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' is a dialogue repeatedly uttered by Vadivelu in the 2005 super hit 'Thalainagaram'. In the dialogue Vadivelu utters this dialogue to stress that he is a brave man while others treat him as a buffoon.
