Vijay and Mahesh Babu in same film!!! Will this happen?

IndiaGlitz had reported earlier that Ilayathalapathy Vijay is likely to play the lead in director Sundar.C's mega budget historical film to be produced by Sri Thenandal Films as their prestigious 100th production.
The film will be made as tri-lingual in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi languages. It is said that Mahesh Babu has been approahced to don the lead role in Telugu and a leading actor is in talks with the team for the same role in Hindi version while Vijay is in talks for the Tamil version.
If this turns out to be true, it will be a first time Ilayathalapathy and the Prince will be acting in different versions of the same film made at a time. Earlier Vijay has acted in the Tamil remakes of Mahesh Babu's films.
Nothing regarding the star cast of this gargantuan project has been confirmed as yet and all these will have to be taken as speculations until the details officially comes from the makers.
But is has been confirmed that Isaipuyal A.R.Rahman, Art director Sabu Cyril and VFX expert Kamalakannan are on board for this project budgeted to cost over Rs.350 crores.
