Actor Vijay Antony has completed work on his upcoming films, “Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan” and “Khakhee,” with "Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan" set to release on June 27. Both are said to be thriller genres. Following these, Vijay Antony is gearing up for his next project titled “Liar,” directed by Joshua Seethuraman, who previously helmed “Gentlewoman.”

The pre-production of “Liar” is currently underway at full pace. Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon has been signed to play a key role alongside Vijay Antony in this film. This marks her return to Tamil cinema after her appearance in “Aalavandhan.”

Director Joshua Seethuraman shared that Raveena Tandon’s character will have equal scope and importance as Vijay Antony’s role. Casting for other significant characters is ongoing, and the team is working intensively to finalize the rest of the actors. Principal photography for “Liar” is expected to commence in July.
