Music director turned actor Vijay Antony, who last had a release in the form of Ganesha's Thimiru Pudichavan co-starring Nivetha Pethuraj, is currently starring in a slew of promising projects with upcoming directors.

While there were speculations previously that the actor is all set to team up with director Ananda Krishnan of Aal and Metro fame, Vijay Antony took it to Twitter to reveal the same, as he revealed that this movie's gonna be a political entertainer, with an image with the text politics.

This yet to be titled movie will be produced by TD Raja and more details on the cast and crew will be announced soon officially. Vijay Antony isn't new to politics, as he was previously seen as a scheming, powerful politician in Jeeva Shankar directorial Yaman (2017).
