How has 'Bairavaa' and 'KIN' performed in the weekend after R'Day?

The Pongal releases 'Bairavaa' and 'Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga' managed to settle with Average verdict in Chennai BO.

'Bairavaa' released on January 12 and took a fabulous opening across the globe including Chennai. 'KIN' directed by Parthiban released to mixed reviews on January 14. Both the films have completed three weekends at the Chennai Box office.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 60th film, despite getting mixed reviews managed to garner 70% occupancy in its third weekend after release. With 224 shows across 22 theaters, The Bharathan directed flick has collected Rs.34,95,140 in the three day weekend. The film's over all collection in Chennai BO has touched Rs.6,51,08,740.

'Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga' is still being retained in six theaters across Chennai. With 21 shows the film has collected Rs.1,37,520 with an average 55% occupancy in the weekend. The total collections made by the Shanthanu starrer in Chennai stands at Rs.36,43,510.
