Vijay Deverakonda's 'Rowdy' has first victory in court

It's known that Vijay Deverakonda runs an apparel brand by name Rowdy. He launched it last year and its very name has struck the right chords with his fans. Its office is headquartered in Bengaluru.
A few weeks ago, the 'Geetha Govindam' actor discovered that a Bengaluru-based apparel company was using his image on the T-shirts and clothes sold by it on Amazon.
Deverakonda's company promptly approached a civil court in Bengaluru, seeking a direction to Amazon to stop the sale of the brand's products. On Tuesday, the court ordered the e-commerce giant to remove the products of the brand that has violated the copyrights law.
