Introduced by Shankar in Boys, Genelia has played the lead role in several Tamil movies, including Vijay’s Sachein, and Velayudham. She eventually moved on to Bollywood, after which she married actor Riteish Deshmukh in 2012. She left the cine industry following her marriage and is now the mother of two kids.

However, a recent video teaser posted by Riteish features Genelia in one of the songs of his upcoming movie “Mauli.” The colorful song displays proceedings of the Holi festival, with the actor mentioning that the magic of Genelia’s screen presence hasn’t changed at all.

Genelia and her husband Riteish have previously appeared together in the movies Masti, Tujhe Meri Kasam, Lal Bhaari, and Tere Naal Love Hogaya.
