Thalapathy Vijay is an actor who never ceases to surprise and starle his fans, followers. His ‘Mersal’ which was directed by Atlee has gone beyond in gathering upod records, one could say. The latest being Vijay getting nominated for the Best International Actor award by IARA.

Now the hot scoop is that out of the nominated actors, Vijay has moved closer to getting the award. How, the nomination list has moved on to just 4 persons from the earlier 6. And Vijay still remains in competition with three other actors for the title. They are Kenneth Okolie of ‘The Royal Hibiscus Hotel’, Taim Hasan of ‘El Heba el Awda’, Joshua Jackson of ‘Children of a lesser God’.

The awards ceremony will be held in England’s Marsh Wall coming September 22.
