As we had reported earlier Ilayathalapathy` Vijay`s 59th film shooting is currently going on in ECR. At present the shooting is taking place in a grand set erected in Adityaram Studios located in the East Coast Road.

Here is the confirmation from Adityaram Studios through a press statement: "Adityaram Studios, ECR is the talk of the town because it is where Ilayathalapathy Vijay, Samantha, Amy Jackson, Prabhu , Radhika Sarathkumar, Mottai Rajendran, Kaali Venkat and director Mahendran in a pivotal role Starring, Atlee Directorial, Kalapuli S Thaanu`s V Creations Producing Vijay 59` film shooting is going on in a full swing and huge sets are being erected at Grandeur."

It is worth noting that a few portions of Vijay`s upcoming grand fantasy entertainer Puli` which is scheduled to release in September mid was also shot in the sets erected in this studio. Kamal Haasan`s blockbuster film Dasavatharam` and Selvaraghavan`s fantasy entertainer Aayirathil Oruvan` are the prominent Tamil films that were shot in Adityaram Studios.
