Pongal special update from Vijay Sethupathi's 50th film 'Maharaja'!

Vijay Sethupathi, one of the sensational Pan-Indian heroes, celebrates his birthday today. He has hit the magical milestone of 50 films in his career. The makers unveiled the second look poster of his 50th film, 'Maharaja', today marking his 44th birthday and Pongal.
The poster shows a blood-stained Makkal Selvan holding a chopper knife in his hand. It piqued the interest of the fans. Vijay Sethupathi seems to play a barber in this movie. The film is directed by Nithilan Swaminathan of 'Kurambu Bommai' fame and is produced by Sudhan under the banner Passion Studios along with The Route.
The film's star cast includes Abhirami, Mamta Mohandas, Arul Doss, Singam Puli, Natty Natraj, Anurag Kashyap and many others along with Makkal Selvan. 'Maharaja' has music by B. Ajaneesh Loknath, Dinesh Purushothaman as the cinematographer and Philomin Raj as the editor. It is slated to hit the silver screens this year.
