Vijay Sethupathi and Amy Jackson for the first time

Director Gokul and actor Vijay Sethupathi teamed up for the first time in 2013 and delivered the hilarious comedy entertainer 'Idharkuthane Asaipattai Balakumara'. A sequel to this super hit film has been on the cards for long however both the director and the actor were kept occupied with other projects which prevented them from teaming up again.

Now we get to learn from a reliable source that Vijay Sethupathi and Gokul will be finally teaming up very soon. Gokul who directed the mega budget fantasy horror flick 'Kaashmora' last year has apparently started work on the script for his second film with Vijay Sethupathi and it is yet to be clear whether it will be 'IDHABA 2' or a new film.

But the interesting aspect is that Brit beauty Amy Jackson is in talks to play the female lead in this film. If the talks end up successful, Vijay Sethupathi and Amy will be pairing up for the first time.

It is worth noting that Amy has just completed shooting for the mega budget sci-fi flick '2.0' directed by Shankar with Superstar Rajinikanth.
