Vijay Sethupathi wins International Best Actor Award

Vijay Sethupathi has won the Best Actor Award at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne for his highly acclaimed role of the transgender Shilpa in 'Super Deluxe' directed by Thiagarajan Kumaraja and produced by Y Not Studios. The grand gala event had Shah Rukh Khan, Tabu, Gayathrie and Karan Johar gracing.

Tabu won the Best Actress Award for 'Andhadhun' while the director of the film Sriram Raghavan was named the Best director. The IFFM also celebrated twenty years of 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' by honouring SRK and Karan Johar. The event was held at the Palais Theater in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
