Vijay Sethupathi and S. Gayathrie are one of the fab onscreen pairs in Kollywood from the time they costarred in the sleeper hit 'Naduvula Konkam Pakkatha Kaanom' and followed it up with 'Puriyatha Puthir', 'Rummy', 'Oru Nalla Naal Paarthu Solren', 'Seethakathi', 'Super Deluxe' and the upcoming 'Maamanithan'.

Vijay Sethupathi who played a transgender and Gayathrie as his long suffering wife in 'Super Deluxe' both received high critical acclaim and fan love for their brilliant portrayals of their characters. Gayathrie has released a video of her and the Makkal Selvan in character as Jyothi and Shilpa dancing to a classic Ilayaraja song that has only one word for it AWESOME!.
