Official: 'Kavan' Tamil Nadu Collections

Director K.V.Anand's 'Kavan' starring Vijay Sethupathi and Madonna in lead roles has taken a bumper opening in Chennai on Friday (March 31). As we had reported earlier, the film has collected Rs.34 lakhs on its first day in Chennai.
'Kavan' stars Vijay Sethupathi, Madonna Sebastian, T.Rajendhar, Vikranth, Pandiarajan and many others. Hip Hop Tamizha has rendered the music score for the film.
'Kavan' has been produced on a grand scale by AGS Entertainments banner. Here comes an official update about the film's collections across Tamil Nadu on its opening day.
Archana Kalpathi, the CEO of AGS has confirmed that 'Kavan' has collected around Rs.3.1 crore across the state on its release day. She further said that the collections numbers would have been better on the second day that is Saturday with phenomenal reviews and positive word of mouth and also the increased number of screens.
Today being a Sunday, the collections are expected to be even more higher with houseful shows all over the state.
