Vijay Sethupathi announces the release date of his pet project

Vijay Sethupathi chose a film with a strong content to make his debut as producer which is 'Merkku Thodarchi Malai' directed by Lenin Bharathi. The film has received unanimous praise in many film festivals it has participated in.
Vijay Sethupathi has officially announced that 'Merkku Thodarchi Malai' will hit he screens on August 24th. The film stars most new comers Antony, Gayathri Krishna and others. Isaigniani Ilayaraja's music is one of the major highlights for the story which depicts the lives of the downtrodden people living in the Western Ghats.
