The coronavirus pandemic has greatly affected Kollywood and the future of at least a few million people depending on it, directly and indirectly, has become a question mark. A few industry bigwigs have gotten together to formulate a plan to revive the industry once the normalcy returns.

Veteran producer Pyramid Natarajan and distributor Tirupur Subramaniam have formulated a plan according to which Super Good Films R. B. Chowdhary will produce a new movie directed by K.S. Ravikumar who has agreed to take only a fraction of his salary as advance and the rest after the business of the film. The story is written by Venkat and demands an ensemble cast.

The as-yet-untitled film has Sathyaraj playing the lead role who has also agreed for the same terms. The team had then approached Vijay Sethupathi for a guest role and the busy hero has immediately given his nod to encourage the novel concept. Parthiban has also been roped in for a role while talks are on with other leading stars and the official announcement is expected any time now.
