Vijay Sethupathi begins his new movie with his guru

Vijay Sethupathi today started shooting for his new movie 'Mamanithan' directed by Seenu Ramaswamy whom he considers his guru for giving him his first break as hero through 'Thenmerkku Parvuakaatru'.  The hero and director also gave the super hit movie 'Dharmadurai' released in the year 2016 while 'Edam Porul Yaevel' remains unreleased due to various issues.

'Mamanithan' is produced by Yuvan Shankar Raja who also composes the music for this film alongwith his dad Isaigniani Ilayaraja. Gaythrie plays the lead heroine while Sukumar of 'Mynaa' fame is the cinematographer and the rest of the cast and crew will be announced soon.
