Important details of Vijay Sethupathi -Trisha starrer '96'

As we had reported earlier, actor Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha will be pairing up for the first time in a film titled '96'. This film will mark the directorial debut of Prem Kumar who has done the cinematography for 'Pasanga', 'Sundarapandian' 'Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom' and the recently released 'Yeidhavan'.
'96' is being produced by S.Nandagopal of Madras Enterprises banner. Govind Menon will be providing the music score. Govindraj is the Editor. Shanmuga Sundaram is the cinematographer. The songs have been penned by Umadevi and Karthik Neta.
The director says that this will be an out and out love story. The makers are in search of artists to play the characters of Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha in their adolescent stage.
The shooting of the film will begin soon in Kumbakonam.
