Actor Vijay Sethupathi has joined hands with director Seenu Ramasamy for the fourth time after Thenmerku Paruvakatru, Idam Porul Yeval and Dharmadurai for Mamanidhan which is produced by Yuvan Shankar Raja's YSR Films and the movie's shoot had been completed.

Maamanithan also stars Guru Somasundaram, Gayathrie Shankar, Anikha Surendran, Malayalam actor Manikandan Achari and many others and has Yuvan Shankar Raja teaming up with his father Isaignani Ilaiyaraja for the first time, and now Yuvan himself has tweeted on the film's music.
