Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming movie 'Seethakathi' has been censored and the CBFC has awarded it a clean 'U' certificate. The film directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan has the everybody's favorite hero VJS donning the role of an eighty year old drama actor. National Award winning actress Archana is playing the wife of the lead character Ayya while Mouli, Remya Nambesan, Parvathu Nair and Bhagavathy Perumal are also in the cast.

Govind Vasantha who has scored the music for '96' is the music director for 'Seethakathi' and the single 'Ayya' released a few days back has already become a hit. Passion Studios bankrolling this project is eyeing a release date in November this year.
