Title of Shanmuga Pandian's next revealed!

Actor and politician, the leader of DMDK Captain Vijayakanth's son Shanmuga Pandian had made his debut as a hero with the movie Sagaptham which did not fare well at the box office. After a gap, another movie of him, Thamizhan Endru Sol co-starring Vijayakanth himself was launched.
However the movie did not progress and got shelved. Years later, Shanmuga Pandian is all set to return as a hero again, and this time around he will be seen playing a role that his father has played numerous times and scored blockbusters, yes, it is going to be the role of a police officer.
This new movie's title was revealed by director AR Murugadoss, and Shanmuga Pandian's next has been officially announced to be titled as Mithran. Directed by debutant Boopalan, who had previously assisted Director Siva in movies like Viswasam, Mithran will have music by Arunraj who had composed music for Thadam.
