It's known that Vijayashanti has a strong role in 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'. Starring Mahesh Babu in the lead, the film will be shot from July.
Several speculative reports have been written on Vijayashanti's role in the movie. Many have claimed that she is playing a negative role in the big-ticket entertainer. Finally, the yesteryear actress has opened up on her character in the movie. It's a positive character. I am not related to Mahesh Babu's character in any way, the Congress leader says. Her role is so crucial and it runs in parallel to that of the hero.
Vijayashanti is happy to be taking a brief sabbatical from politics for this big Sankranthi release. Director Anil Ravipudi urged me to listen to the story once. I was thoroughly impressed and came on board, she says.
