Vijayashanti called on Sasikala recently

Telangana Congress leader Vijayashanti happened to call on Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam leader Sasikala earlier this week in Bengaluru.

As per media reports, the yesteryear actress met Sasikala to discuss if she would be inclined to support the Congress-led alliance in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. DMK is already in the UPA camp.

This is not the first time that Vijayashanti has interacted with Sasikala. When Jayalalitha was undergoing treatment at Chennai's Apollo Hospital, the Congress leader happened to meet her in 2016.

During the recent meet, Sasikala is believed to have enquired Vijayashanti about KCR's 'Federal Front' dreams.
