The Raymond` mastermind Vijaypat Singhania was reportedly declared broke after his son, inherited all the property and shares and left the ex-tycoon broke and helpless.

Apparently, the ex-tycoon is renting a condo on the Malabari County and is not able to afford the bare minimums in his life post his son, Gautham Singhania refusing to give minimum accommodation and maintenance expenses.

The Raymond` mastermind, once one of the richest men in India and one of the most strategical business-magnet in the industry is now broke and homeless.

According to sources, Vijaypat Singhania reportedly went to court to file a case aginst his, asking the court to do him justice on the part of the property that is still his.

According to his lawyer, "They are trying to squeeze him (Dr. Singhania) now. All his perks - like a car and a driver -- have been taken away,"

This is one of the classiest mega-business-drama turned to pity-family-game that the world has ever seen.
