Vijay's presence gets verified

As reported earlier actor Vijay has joined the league of his industry pals who have an official Facebook account. Now the Facebook team has verified the official Facebook page of ‘Ilaiyathalabathi.’

Facebook is planning to encourage Indian celebrities to enter the social networking site since many stars having a huge fan following are interested to enter Facebook which will help them stay in touch with their fans.

When celebrities start their own pages, Facebook administration will merge all the duplicate pages functioning under the name of the celebrity.
